Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number.

Items must be securely packaged and sent back to us. Returns that are not shipped back will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed. Please allow up to 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Items returned in damaged condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order did not qualify for free shipping, only the item cost will be refunded.

We recommend returning items in a box to ensure safe delivery.
